These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://kitchenrovia.com and any purchase from Kitchenrovia (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Kitchenrovia sells home and kitchen accessories online. Product listings, prices, and availability may change without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your country. If you buy for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account login and for all activity under it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else used your account.
4. Products and descriptions
We try to describe products accurately, including size, color, and materials. Photos are for illustration. Slight differences in color, finish, or measurement can occur.
If a listing is obviously wrong (for example an impossible price), we may cancel the order and refund you.
5. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse an order for reasons including stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, or shipping limits.
When we accept an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier marks the package delivered, unless law says otherwise.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed on the site and may exclude duties or local taxes that your country charges on import.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected method. Orders may be delayed until payment clears.
7. Shipping
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can come from the carrier, customs, weather, or incorrect address.
You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Extra carrier fees caused by a refused package, failed delivery, or wrong address may be charged to you.
8. Customs, duties, and taxes
For international shipments, import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy on this site. That policy is part of these Terms.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or attempt unauthorized access
- post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content
- use our product photos, brand name, or listings to sell counterfeit or unrelated goods
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules were broken.
11. Intellectual property
The Kitchenrovia name, site design, text, and original images belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
Product designs supplied by manufacturers remain their property.
12. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on the site and in marketing. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
13. Disclaimer
The site and products are provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every product will meet a particular purpose beyond what the listing states.
Some places do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, our responsibility is limited to the maximum allowed by law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kitchenrovia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
15. Indemnity
You agree to cover us for claims that arise from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
16. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Using the site means you also read that policy.
17. Third-party services
Checkout, shipping, reviews, and ads may use third-party tools. Those providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their sites or outages.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms for future visits and orders.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law in your country cannot be waived.
If a court finds one section unenforceable, the rest still applies.
