Return window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Eligible
- Unused and resalable
- Original packaging included when reasonably possible
- Request includes your order number
Not eligible
- Used, soiled, or water-damaged cleaning tools
- Returns after 30 days without prior approval
- Final-sale items marked as such
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email myrnadonlan99926@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unauthorized returns may not be refunded.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Banks may take several business days to post the credit. Original shipping is refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Lost packages
If tracking never shows delivery and the carrier confirms a loss, we will replace the order or refund it after review.
